Data Analyzation
Project YEAR:
Summer 2021

Intumit Corporation is a Conversational Artificial Intelligence company based in Taipei, Taiwan, that develops personalized internal and external solutions/algorithms for company clients, including Nestle, Amgen, Carrefour, and more.

As a summer intern for the company, I learned to improve one of Intumit Co.'s services, SmartRobot, which is an AI chatbot programmed based on a quasi-nervous system and NLP technologies. I also conducted research on integration opportunities between SmartRobot and Apple Developer technologies.

A spreadsheet of questions about ISO 27001 I programmed into SmartRobot.

ISO 27001 (Global Information Security Management System Standard).

As an initial project to learn to use Intumit's SmartRobot, I programmed 10 major questions surrounding ISO 27001 and 5-10 test cases for each of those questions into SmartRobot. This is a spreadsheet I created to organize the chatbot questions and answers.

A presentation of the research I collected about Apple Developer Integration strategies for SmartRobot.

User Experience & Apple Technology Integration Research

For the final project of the internship, I researched 4 company clients that Intumit has partnered with in the past and developed potential Apple technology integrations that could occur through SmartRobot.

Chatbot programming.

For each company, I also developed a chatbot scenario and diagram, and later programmed chatflows for 2 companies, Nestle and Bank Sinopac, into SmartRobot.
